Studio Rules

—There is no drinking (alcohol), smoking, vaping or drug use permitted within or on the grounds of Studio 1062. Violators will be asked to leave. No refunds will be issued.

—Renters are welcome to bring their own equipment or props into Studio 1062 as long as they do not damage any portion of the space while bringing said props in, taking them out, or moving them around within the house.

—No candles or fires inside the studio—EVER!!! Absolutely no nails, pins, etc. in the walls. If you need to adhere something, use command hooks, tak, putty, or a wall-friendly gentle tape. If you damage the walls in any way, you are responsible for repairs.

—Please schedule enough time in the studio for your entire shoot (including set up, take down and clean up). Frequently, there will be people shooting before you and/or coming in right after you, so do not enter the studio early or go over your scheduled time. If you need more time, please check with a representative of Studio 1062 at least 15 minutes before the end of your booked time slot. If the studio is available for an extended rental, extra time will be billed accordingly.

—Clean up after yourself after every shoot (sweeping and/or mopping the floor, taking the garbage out, etc.) Be respectful of others and leave the studio as you would like it seen when you arrive for a shoot. There are limited cleaning supplies in the bathroom. If you are planning on doing a smash cake or anything that you know will be messy please bring a rag to clean it up.

—If the studio is dirty or damaged upon your arrival, please immediately contact Kristina (hellostudio1062@gmail.com) to let her know.

—Always make sure the door is locked when you leave. Pull the knob and hit “BRINKS.” Check to make sure it locked!

—You are welcome to move furniture within the studio as long as you do not drag it on the floors or bang into doorways or walls. Please have someone help you move heavy items and make sure the furniture is returned to its original location before you leave.

—YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $50 fee if you break any of the above rules (unless the rule states a different amount, or if the repair to fix the damage you caused exceeds $50).

—Booking, Refunds & Cancellations

To secure a time slot, visit the “Book Now!” page on this site and start by picking the time(s) you need. You will be required to submit payment in full and accept the Rental Agreement before booking is complete. You will receive a confirmation with studio address and door code. If this does not happen please immediately contact Kristina at hellostudio1062@gmail.com.

—If you need to cancel a previously booked time, please send an email to hellostudio1062@gmail.com.

—Hourly rentals can be canceled for a full refund up to 72 hours before the booked time. If canceled between 24-72 hours before the booked time, Studio 1062 will issue a 50% refund.

—Cancellations within 24 hours of the booked time will result in forfeiture of the entire booking fee.

—Full-day rentals must be canceled at least two weeks before the booked time to be issued a full refund. If canceled between one and two weeks before, you will receive a partial (50%) refund. Cancellation within one week of the booked date will result in forfeiture of the entire booking fee.
